Will I need to move out for a rewire?

No. We work room by room and keep power on to the kitchen and one bathroom each evening.

Do you register work with building control?

Yes, all notifiable work is registered through NICEIC and you receive the certificate by post.

How often do I need an EICR?

Every 5 years for rented homes, and we recommend every 10 for owner occupiers.
